Our customers sustain fair wage jobs in Haiti that liberate workers from poverty and empower them in their families and communities. On average one employee in Haiti supports six family or community members with their wages.

We evaluate our fabrics and components each year to ensure we use the most sustainable options available. From OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certified fabrics to Fair Trade labels & tags, our garments are created from the most eco-friendly textiles we can source.
We are proud of our Fair Trade Federation Verification – we are dedicated to following the nine FTF principles established to maintain transparency & integrity. In addition to FTF, we are verified members of B Corp, the Fair Labor Association, the Social Enterprise Alliance and the Social Enterprise World Forum.
Support of our teams is mission critical. In both the US and in Haiti, we analyze pay and benefits annually to ensure all of our employees are able to care for their families, stay healthy and plan for the future.

According to Fashion Revolution, the apparel industry employs 300 million people globally, but only about 2% of those people earn a livable wage.
In recent statistics given by earth.org, the textile industry is responsible for 35% of microplastic pollution and 10% of carbon emissions. Only 15% of garments are recycled or donated each year.
