FULFILLMENT
How does GOEX fulfillment differ from online print-on-demand providers?
How does GOEX fulfillment differ from online print-on-demand providers?
Fulfillment is defined as pick, pack, and shipping services. We link to your website, download orders as they come in, pick the appropriate items from your inventory, and ship them to your clients.
We do not print shirts one at a time as orders come in, we pull the ordered items from inventory you previously purchased and put them on the shelves.

Customers manage their inventory in many different ways – from spreadsheets to inventory control software. However you choose to account for it, we suggest keeping updated quantities in your webstore at all times.
You enter the beginning inventory, and the numbers will decrease as your customers place orders. You then adjust quantities back up when you order new inventory.

Returns & Exchanges: You will need to have a returns and exchanges policy and process in place and in accordance with your site’s capabilities. We suggest deciding and testing this prior to launch.
Shipping Question: If a customer contacts you with a shipping question and you need information from GOEX, contact fulfillment@goex.org. We’ll get you an answer as quickly as possible, typically witness. If GOEX made an error, we will correct it the same business day at our expense.
