Simply ship your order back to us or email us at hello@goex.org with your order number requesting a return label (note: the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your final refund amount).

If requested, we will email you a return label to print out. Please be aware our return address is:

Ship the package using USPS and keep the tracking details for your records.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. 

We accept unworn, unused tees purchased exclusively from GOEX within 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding sale items. Any merchandise considered worn may not qualify for a refund, or will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process your request. When your return has been processed, you will receive an email with a notification that your refund was processed back to your original method of payment.

Depending on your bank, a refund back to your original method of payment may take approximately 5-7 business days to post to your account.
