Customer Spotlight: The Spot Gym

Tell us about your organization. The Spot opened in 2002 as one of the first two bouldering gyms in the country. Our founder, Dan Howley, built an impressive team of routesetters, coaches, and climbing leaders who would offer revolutionary walls and facilities, inspiring competitions, and the most welcoming climbing community in the world. 20 years later, and with five gyms across the Front Range that have serviced 230,000 climbers, our mission is the same: build strong bodies, healthy minds, and friendships for life. Why were you shopping for tees?3 times a year, The Spot supports a local artist by featuring their artwork on seasonal Spot branded merch. We do our best to purchase our seasonal merch through brands that produce ethical apparel.   Why did you purchase from GOEX Apparel over other brands or printers? We purchase from GOEX Apparel because they serve a greater purpose. We choose to purchase from brands that care about more than just selling apparel.

Customer Spotlight: Lubanzi Wines

Customer Spotlight: Lubanzi Wines

Tell us a bit about your organization:Named for a wandering dog who led us on a 6 day, 100 mile hiking trip along South Africa's eastern coast, Lubanzi focuses on producing well made everyday wines from vineyards throughout South Africa's coastal region and using our proceeds to fund healthcare & education programs for vineyard workers and their families.   Why were you shopping for tees? For years we kept getting asked by friends, family and customers in the US to produce some merchandise and finally decided to make them happy and put our name on something besides a bottle of wine!    What did your customers or team members think of their tees? We've made about 5 or 6 different shirts over the years, as we like to keep things fresh, and I don't think I've seen some of my friends & family in anything but one of them since.   What's your favorite GOEX garment?Eco tri-blend tees - we're all about soft shirts   Anything else you'd like to share? While we may be a South African wine co., I grew up in Kansas City and have known the Global Orphan Project since I was a kid. It's amazing to be able to do business with them and stay connected to an organization back home.
