      Returns and FAQs


      When will I receive my order?

      All orders ship out of our fulfillment shop in Kansas City, Missouri within 3-4 business days of placing your order. Once shipped, Standard USPS Ground shipments will reach you in 2-5 business days, depending on your
      shipping location. 

      Can I cancel or adjust my order?

      We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to make a change, please feel free to email our team
      at cs@goex.org.

      Can I expedite my order?

      Oh yes! Please choose “expedited shipping” at checkout. Note: it may cost a bit more.


      How do I return an item?

      1. Simply ship your order back to us or email us at cs@goex.org with your order number requesting a return label (note: the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your final refund amount).
      2.If requested, we will email you a return label to print out. Please be aware our return address is:

      3.Ship the package using USPS and keep the tracking details for your records.
      4.You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. 

      What is GOEX’s return and exchange policy?

      We accept unworn, unused tees purchased exclusively from GOEX within 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding sale items. Any merchandise considered worn may not qualify for a refund, or will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

      If you would like an exchange, please email us at cs@goex.org with your order number and the exchange you’d like
      to make.

      How long does it take to receive my refund?

      Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process your request. When your return has been processed, you will receive an email with a notification that your refund was processed back to your original method of payment.

      Depending on your bank, a refund back to your original method of payment may take approximately 5-7 business days to post to your account.

      Product and Sizing

      Will my item be restocked?

      Many of our tees are seasonal or limited-edition, and may not be restocked. If you miss something, let us know
      at cs@goex.org.

      How are the t-shirts sized?

      GOEX unisex tees feature a relaxed fit, whereas the ladies tees are a more tailored fit. To see exact measurements, check out our sizing chart. Due to the handmade nature of each t-shirt, fit may vary slightly.

      Does the material shrink?

      All GOEX tees are made of high-quality USA fabrics that are heat set to minimize shrinkage. However, you will experience some shrinking in the dryer, especially with Standard Cotton styles. All garments are dryer safe except for ladies rib garments.


      Can I order in bulk or wholesale?

      Yes! For information about placing a large order for a special event or for wholesale, please email us at cs@goex.org. In the email, tell us about your upcoming event or need, and if possible, the products and quantities that you may be interested in. We will get back to you within 24 hours. More information is available on our Wholesale page as well.

      I am a retailer interested in selling GOEX.

      Can I purchase custom products for an event or corporate gift?

      Can I visit the sewing center in Haiti?

      Want to know exactly where GOEX tees are made? Want to meet the makers of GOEX?       Do you ship internationally?

      For international orders, please email cs@goex.org with your chosen items. We will provide your with an international shipping quote prior to processing your order.

      Can I ship to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address?

      USPS shipping is available for P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS. Shipments to P.O. boxes are limited to shipments of $500 or less. If you need help shipping to these locations, please contact our customer service team at cs@goex.org.

      GOEX is a for-profit company with a cause-based mission, wholly owned by The Global Orphan Project, a 501(c)3. We call it conscious capitalism. We believe in the power of the customer’s purchase to transform lives for generations

      Where do profits go?


      When you buy a GOEX tee, you are providing job for our employees in Haiti. Creating fair wage jobs is the most sustainable way to provide security and dignity to people in economies that need it the most.


      100% of the profits from GOEX tees go to care for at-risk kids around the world in places like Haiti, India, Uganda, Lebanon and the United States.
